SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to translate client strategies into standout content that not only looks good, but also drives measurable impact.

Working closely with the Account Strategist, you’ll take quarterly marketing campaigns and overarching goals and turn them into social media content that supports the customer journey, hits pain points, and positions our clients as the clear solution in their space.

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client social media accounts—creating and scheduling content, capturing and curating photo and video assets, managing community engagement, posting to stories, and staying on top of what’s trending. You’ll also monitor account performance and collaborate with the Account Strategist to continuously optimize for results.


+ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Build and execute social media content calendars that align with the client’s overall digital marketing strategy and campaign goals.

  • Craft content that moves the needle: building brand awareness, guiding prospects through the buying journey, and helping drive conversions.

  • Write captions, plan themes, and design or coordinate basic visuals using Canva, Adobe, or brand templates.

  • Capture on-site photo and video content when needed, or pull from a client-provided asset library to curate high-quality posts.

  • Manage each client’s social presence, including scheduling, posting to feeds and stories, and responding to DMs and comments in the brand voice.

  • Stay plugged into current trends, platform updates, and audience behavior, bringing new creative ideas and best practices to the team.

  • Analyze account performance and key metrics, regularly reviewing results with the Account Strategist and using data to iterate and improve.

  • Collaborate with the SEO & Ads Manager to align organic content with paid strategies when applicable.

  • Ensure all content ladders up to the client’s voice, positioning, and customer journey, and that we’re exceeding expectations whenever possible.


+ REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts, either in-house, freelance, or at an agency.

Technical Skills

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect content to business goals, buyer journeys, and customer pain points.

  • Strong copywriting skills and an intuitive sense of brand voice and storytelling.

  • A natural eye for content, whether you’re capturing a Reel on the fly, curating a photo set, or selecting the perfect audio or hook.

  • Experience with content planning tools (Metricool, Later, Planoly, or similar), analytics platforms, and community management.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Salary: $40,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience
